Product Engineering

TelVue’s product engineering team is second to none. Our product development team is seasoned in the art of broadcast technology, satellite communications, software engineering, new media and video-on-demand technology. Our engineering team has successfully deployed leading edge broadcast systems in public access TV stations nationwide, PBS Stations, MSO head-ends, satellite uplink facilities, schools and universities.

Several members of TelVue’s senior engineering team developed four generations of advanced video servers for Sarnoff Real Time Corporation and DIVA Systems, pioneers of large scale Video-on-Demand (VoD) over cable technology. Video servers developed by this team, in both Motorola and Scientific Atlanta head-end environments, served over two million subscribers of Comcast (formerly AT&T), Charter, and Insight’s cable television systems. Our Director of Software Development has extensive experience designing and deploying video-on-demand services for K-12 education environments, while working for Library Video Corporation, a market leader in Education VoD and Digital Media Management solutions for classroom learning.

A key aspect of TelVue’s engineering competence is our utilization of Linux open source technology. Employing Linux allows TelVue the opportunity to develop digital broadcast solutions that easily meet our customer’s needs of simple, reliable and flexible.

Graphic Design and Production

TelVue has an experienced team of innovative editors, graphic designers, and multi-media specialists with a vast array of unique skills.

These talented artists have joined the TelVue Production team with degrees from excellent, accredited design and production universities. These individuals also participate in continuing education programs furthering their knowledge and the desire to create and perform in parallel to advancing technology.

TelVue’s state-of-the-art facility contains the latest in video editing, graphic design, and multimedia software and hardware, in addition to a fantastic collection of broadcast production tools and resources.


TelVue’s veteran sales team has over 50 collective years of broadcast, MSO, telephony, and PEG television industry experience.

This team represents significant industry leadership, with our sales managers recognizable and active at most community media and digital broadcast events and organizations. In addition to their sales responsibilities, our regional sales managers are technically savvy, and will be able to perform an extensive on-site needs assessment or address your specific technical questions.

Several of our sales managers have operated or consulted with key community media stations and PEG access facilities throughout the United States.
